My candle arrived broken. What do I do?

Please send a picture of the candle to sales@scentssuperstore.com Include your name and order number. We are happy to replace any items that get broken/damaged during the shipment process.


When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship from our factory in about 2 days. Keep in mind, Scents & More Superstore is not open on the weekends. There are special circumstances that could take your package longer to ship.


My candle doesn't seem to be burning right. What should I do?

Please make sure you are trimming your wick before every burn. Most of the time, it is just a matter of making sure your wick is taken care of.

We are always striving for perfection with each and every product we produce. Since each of our candles are hand poured, there is always the possibility one might not burn correctly. Send a picture of the top of your candle and the front of your candle. Then send the images with your name and order number to sales@scentssuperstore.com


Where can I find a store that sells your candles?

There is a store locator on the website. Click on the "store locator" tab at the top of the page. Then, type in your address and click search stores.


What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made of 100% USA soy bean wax and all-natural essential oils.


Can I send a candle as a gift?

Of course! Candles make great gifts. We now offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses in one order. There is also the option to send a gift message (on our new Scents & More Gift cards) with your gift!


Are your candles hazardous?

No. Scents & More Candle products does not make hazardous products or perform any type of animal testing.


When is your next candle sale?

Sales happen throughout the year. The best way to find out about upcoming sales/promotions is to sign up to receive our emails or by following us on social media.

I want to sell Scents & More products. How do I start the process?

To start selling our products, please fill out our wholesale application. Once completed, email/fax it back to us for approval. You will receive an email within 4 weeks to let you know if you are approved. 


How do I find out about Scents & More candle products sales and promos?

We notify our customers of sales through email and our social media handles. Make sure you are signed up to receive our newsletters and you follow us!


Where can I buy Scents & More Products?

All of our products are sold on our website. We also have stores all over the country that sell our products. To find a store near you that carries Scents & More Candle products, check out our store locator on the website.


How do I learn more about your fundraisers?

Many organizations have had great success with our fundraiser. For more information please email fundraising@scentssuperstore.com. Our fundraising expert will happily assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.


Do your wicks contain lead?

No.


What if I don't like the fragrance I order?

If you are unhappy with the fragrance you order, you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange. (This is only if the product is unused). You will be responsible for packing and shipping it back to the factory.


How will I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. The email you place your order with is the email that will receive the shipping notification.

How often do you have the "seconds sale"?

We have a "seconds sale" one time a year. As soon as this date is decided, we will send out notification emails and post the date on our social media outlets.


What if I don't receive the right fragrance?

While we do our very best to ensure each and every shipment is correct, we do make the occasional mistake. If this happens, no worries! We will happily get this fixed for you. Please send us a picture of the candle you received to sales@scentssuperstore.com with your name and order number. Customer service will get back with your ASAP.


How do I become an ambassador for Scents & More Superstore?

Scents & More Superstore is always excited to welcome new ambassadors to share our products across any/all social media handles. Serious inquires can email sales@scentssuperstore.com.


How do I use the Melting soy wax tarts?

Our wax melts come in an 8-slice cake form. Simply break off a piece and warm it in your wax warmer. For even longer scent, add two pieces at one time.


How can I tell if I’m buying a quality candle?

Quality is always important. If your candle has the Scents & More candle label on it, you are buying a high quality product.


Are your candles vegan?

Yes, Scents & More  candles are vegan.


Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a brick and mortar store. Scents & More sells all of their products online at www.scentssuperstore.com. The factory is not open to the public.


Do they taste as good as they smell?

Scents & More Candles products are not made for consumption.
